What is your fave Jeremy?
I like Mi Apa and La Fortuna.
Of course I like Emilianos, but I have had such bad service the last two times I might never go back.
Last time I was with the daughter of a cook there. After a ridiculous wait for our food for a party of 6, the server forgot her order altogether and so she called her Mom on her cell in the kitchen and she personally brought out her daughter's food. Sawtooth was there, he can verify. The server sucked...it wasn't the kitchen.
Jana and I had such bad service over brunch that Jana's neverending mimosa' was exactly ONE mimosa. The server never came back. Then we had to argue that we weren't paying for neverending when the service was awful.
Both times, the place was half empty.
Ugh, I was a design student of the owner, I should just flipping tell him.

And the REALLY stupid part is that the owner was sitting at a table next to us (behind you) and the service was still that bad. I've had AMAZING service there in the past. Wonder what happened. I noticed that the male servers are great and the female ones ignore me.

Ah, I was too hungover to notice he was there. He usually comes and talks to me - see him all the time at Publix and about town.
The other incident included a male server.
I just want their bloodymary recipe and I'll go on my merry way. Haha!

where's a good place to get free food or steal food?
I won't have money enough for the kind of food you have to buy, so i may just have to live off beer, but if there's a chance i get hungry for actual food, it'd be nice to know there's a place that I will be able to get it at for free.

use google to figure out what fast food chains are around gainesville. then figure out which ones are owned by the same companies. than find the toll-free customer service hotlines, bu tmake sure you only call one place per owner. Complain about a "recent," give them your address, they'll send you coupons for complimentary items.
Works for all sorts of stuff at the grocery store too.

Yes it has, but the part you're missing is...
I meant his workplace (my former workplace) who is serving Grandy's as an employee lunch. They thought it was a joke.
