does anyone know if there is anyway to get a photopass for the Fest? i plan on buying a ticket anyway but is it possible to get some sort of credentials to be able to get on stage or something?

They may already have the Fest Photo Crew decided on for this year, not sure.
Send an email directly to the Fest through their website email, with links to you work.

As far as I know anyone can bring a video camera/reg camera into the venues.

Cameras are allowed, but no tripods. Florida very strictly enforces their anti-tripod laws.

That's pretty much reserved for the National Underground folks. No room on the floor for tripods of any kind at the Fest, and they wouldn't be safe either.
