jesus christ ryan, you're place is gonna be the spot to hang for sure

apparently so. I should have known by posting this up here there would be far far too many people in my yard. haha. I just got a violation from having a couch on my porch from landlord....she's going to love the campers. I doubt she'll even know though, she hardly ever comes around.

You can't have a couch on your porch? What kind of Nazi camp do you live in?

I hope you still have room because i got about 4 members of the Portland sect of the A.P.S, 1 tent willing to take up your offer. I would bring beer, but it would probably be flat by the time we got to Gainsville. Me and my friends would definetely risk our valuable lives to steal some from a local market. My friends always have some herb if your interested, ALWAYS. If you do just message my e-mail or something along those lines.

I got the best idea...I just bought this:

Image

and as a few of you may know...I love good beer so i bought that book and I'm like half way through it (even though within the first 20 pages he teaches you how to brew, the rest is technicalities). Basically, I can brew a good beer in 4 weeks. I want to do this. I want to call it Fest's Best. Basically, Colin and I are buying the shit which is $200 at our local brew shop where I got the book. All pro shit. And yeah I'm broke, and yeah I owe a lawyer thousands of dollars...but $200 is nothing compared to thousands, but if any of you would like to pitch a few bucks now to help me be able to pay back some of the money that's technically my rent (I'm going to buy regardless if anyone wants to take part) but in four weeks I'll let you take part in the 5 gallons (I might do 10 gallons, carboys are expensive though) of Fests Best Ale that I will have bottled and ready to roll.

It will be my first beer I've made BUT I'm not going into this without knowledge, I have studied on brewery tours across the nation and have a very helpful local brewer here. I actually have always wanted to do this but I'm gonna do it and continue to make it every year. Except next year I'm going to have some Mead ready that will be a 10 month traditional brew (traditional meaning not adding additives to speed fermenting).

This shit is going to be tight.

I don't have money, but I'll drink your beer.
(I don't have money because I'm spending an ungodly amount on tapes, etc. to record Fest, so you guys should all send Ryan $5)

in 2006 I made 6 batches of homebrewed beer, then my life turned to shit, and I'm just now getting the rest of my crap together, and I plan to start another batch by the middle of October.

I'll let you now, I've never had a batch mature properly in less than 6 weeks. It's drinkable after 4, but MUCH better after 6 weeks.

Is there anything that needs to be established as the date draws ever-closer? Can we show up in the morning on Friday, Ryan? And can we park our beater-ass car in front of your place?

And should we bring a keg down in payment, or just keg moneys?
