I'm not sure how much help this will be, but I'm leaving from knoxville which isn't too far from there and I'm looking for some more people to fill up my car and help out a bit with gas. If you could find any way to hitch a ride to Knoxville you would be more than welcome to ride with me. I've got 3 empty seats and my car gets pretty sweet gas mileage. So anyway, if it's possible for you to get here you should let me know. Good luck
