Since there's gonna be bands playing all over the place, how are they gonna sell their merch without having to pack up all the time and going to other venues?

bands set up at whichever venue they happen to be playing... i don't really see the confusion.
the problem with merch and the Fest is having to carry it around for the rest of the evening

yeah its just like a normal show really, I know for some bands too if you find them on days they aren't playing they would sell you stuff out of their van or hotel room.

and of course we should all presume that like last yer No Idea is going to do the parking lot sale thing they did, right?
how did the Fest Flea Market thing work out? wasn't that on the first day near registration? I noticed the Shirts for a Cure guys but that was about it since I went to registration, hauled ass to my room and booked it to the Venue for the rest of the night.

sometimes venues do run short on space, and bands that play early will pack up their merch sort of early in the night.
I was kind of disappointed with both the flea market and the No Idea yard sale. both were cool, but not enough rare/weird stuff.
not enough distros at the flea market.

Yes, we will be doing this again this year. I will be working there. We've been talking over the past year about how to make this a better experience. The line around the block, waiting in the rain to look at records for 10 seconds format seems silly to me.
I want to have the whole parking lot roped off to create a more record store type feel. Where you can go into a larger area, browse around then check out at the exit. I think this would work better.
Any other suggestions?
