Up here (NYC) turning the clocks back (like we're gonna have to do Sat Night/Sun morning) means we get an extra hour to drink cuz at 2 am it becomes 1 am all over again. I don't suppose this drunkard's rule is going to be honored down dixie way, or is it?

That is true, at 2am Sunday morning it will technically be 1am but the bars do not stay open for an extra hour nor do I think stores sell beer later.

The way I like to look at is whenever you get up on Sunday, it's actually an hour earlier, so you get an extra hour to enjoy all the cool stuff going on all day Sunday.
