Quadiliacha just posted up a flier for Best Friends Day '08 and they are on it. So makes me wonder if they are going to be one of those bands that only play at fests now. You know, seeing as how they announced their breakup on stage at Fest 6.

The bouncing souls....
here is the deal. My buddy tried to book them for Fest weekend at a local venue in Tallahassee but their booking agent said that they would be in Gainesville that weekend

I have reason to believe that Suicide Note and Coalesce are playing. That's pretty awesome.
I never thought I'd live in a city that Coalesce actually plays. Last time I saw them I drove like 10 hours. Last time I was supposed to see them, I had to fly. lol.

OK, so with all the talk here about Coalesce playing I had to email them for the hell of it and ask. Amazingly enough, they replied a week later:
oh yeah, we are playing. on saturday around 7 at the venue or something i think. A total BS smartass reply or not? Still nothing on their calendar, so take it for what it is. Notice, I posted this in the rumors thread and NOT in the confirmed thread. http://www.myspace.com/coalesce

We saw As Friends Rust last night in London, so asked their guitarist if they would be playing Fest... to which he replied "We're in talks with them" and then kinda laughed a bit and said "No promises..." before smiling and walked off.
