Dude, make a car out of weed like they did in "Up In Smoke." Then you can cross the border like they did. Just don't eat a hotdog while you get pulled over, because you know, the cop's gonna eat it.

It's true, nobody smokes "weed" in Florida... too busy puffin on their "crips" and "regs."

Gainesville is relatively not too bad in terms of being open about it, but people always get real skiddish about selling to strangers down here in the States. Best bet is to make some friends and try to get them to smoke you out- when you've hung out and puffed out long enough to demonstrate you really aren't any sort of law enforcement (You're good and ripped, you really DO have a Canadian accent, etc...), then they might bro you a nug or two- but I wouldn't count on anybody selling you a proper bag. The penalties for distributing a small "gift" are the same as possession, a misdemeanor, whereas sale is always a felony.

Haha. I'll defaintly be burning this weekend. I might be too busy boozing it up though.
