So I've been getting a few PM's about people camping in our yard. I'm guessing it'd fit about 20 tents w/some actual space so you're not sleeping on top of one another and hopefully can't hear the person in the next tent snoring. I figured if you want to stay it'd obviously be best to let me know and how many tents/people you'll have with you.
Everyone will be able to use the shower and bathroom as long as everyone helps keep it clean and not get water EVERYWHERE but please bring your own bathroom stuff (aka shampoo/soap, shit paper, toothpaste, towel). I'd love to accommodate everyone but I'm broke as hell right now otherwise I totally would.
There is a washer on the back porch which you can feel free to use as long as you have detergent (though I dont know why youd need it for only staying a weekend) but if you do use it there is a clothes line to dry your stuff (we don't own a dryer)
There will be a cooler and a small fridge hooked up and out on the back porch (if it's still at the old apt I gotta go check) for whatever you need to put in there.
Oh and just throwing this out there...we have 2 empty keg shells and the ability to get a large grill over to the house and are totally up for filling them and getting food for the grill if anyone has interest in pitching money for it we can maybe organize something and have ourselves a good time.
Well there you have it. I'm officially taking reservations for THUNDER SIEGE

I'd be up for pitching in or bringing some food over to grill whenever you guys do that
also whenever I head back to Orlando I'll try to grab a bunch of toilet paper or paper towels from my old work to donate for this. it's not the good stuff but it's free so whatever.

Hell yeah! Dude I haven't paid for toilet paper since I moved to Gville...i always went down to the apt office to steal the rolls in the public one they had there and it was single ply so I'm used to that haha, I guess i got to start buying it soon because my mega apt roll is running low. But yeah that'd be awesome of you and im sure others will appreciate it.
We can cook every day for all I care...thursday through sunday. cook thursday in the after noon and mornings on the other days. I dont know we will figure something solid out when it gets closer

I'm down, and you can add four or five more people to my reservation. We're currently discussing what manner of compensation we can bring down in exchange for living on your front lawn like gypsies. I'm thinking a keg, at least, but we might get creative, too.
But yeah, I'm already excited about this. Fuckin' A.

Red Cross workers all handing out Hershey bars and shit, sunken-eyed refugees showing up with donkeys . . .

We'll get some chickens that can run around, too, just to add to the ambiance of the whole ordeal.

You know I'm down. ATM I'll be coming with 3-4 other people besides myself. I'll be dope. We should totally bring a chicken or two.

I kinda want a rough MSPaint-map of the yard, so that we might start planning what we want to set up, much like third graders with crayons might design the ideal fort.

Yeah, but only if the goat is extremely scruffy and foul-tempered. And is eating an empty can of beans.

I'm glad this is actually happening. I'll be riding in with Mezler and the kiddie pool.
