What hotels or what area should I be lookin at to find a hotel that isn't too expensive and is still close to the Fest?

the gainesville lodge is fairly cheap and right in the middle of everything, but last year they kicked lots of people out for partying and having too many people in their rooms and shit. i wouldnt really recomend it.

I think I will have to pass on that place.
