Edited to say: she runs a huge nail through it with a hammer though. Makes people freak even more. they used to live right accross the street from my friend on hillsborough. they threw some crazy parties !

And my friends lived right across from them much of the 90s (Grrrl Haus). My boyfriend at the time lived right down the street (Rock & Roll House). I think someone in the punk scene always ends up living across the street from them. There were parties/shows at the Grrrl Haus all the time. Sometimes Gen and Dave would get curious and come over. I've know Dave since like 1988 and Gen since like 1990. They are pretty down to earth people off stage. Although most people I know are scared and ignorant about them.
