That Andrew Vanwyngarden from MGMT makes me cringe. The word douche just springs to mind. Look at him looking douchey and naked in a river:

Fuck Godsmack with a rusty pole...But ACDC come on the only gears they should grind are the gears of love! Yes he is a douch. I just don't get all this pseudo Indie crap around at the minute... and there love for initials. MGMT, CSS for CSI or whatever they are called. Its terrible. And i'm not sure if they have made it across the pond yet but The Ting Tings are probably the worst thin the UK has ever produced.
And on a less ranty note. Most of my friends mock me for hating Radiohead and anything Anti-flag put out after mobilize.

haha yeah the ting tings are annoying. CSS are far more hated for me though. ARGH. the girl is really annoying. i think she wants to be wierd and interesting like bjork, but fails miserably and just looks stupid jumping up and down in them ridiculous leotards, if thats how u spell it. everyone at uni seems to be into that sorta crap, all this shitty indie-rock and electro. rubbish rubbish rubbish.

Ting Ting's are playing Providence Rhode Island very soon. I won't be there.

I've never really understood the hype behind The Dillinger Escape Plan
to be fair though I've never given them an honest listen, but after seeing the video of them playing at Virgin Records I would at least like to see them live

I remember seeing some Dillinger Four t-shirt or website or something with "We don't need no escape plan" under their name, that shit cracked me up.

Haha, I don't like Radon either to be honest. The Clash and D4 are sweet bands though. I covered "Teenage Lobotomy" in my first band while in high school. That's the extent of my Ramonesiness.

I have some friends who are REALLY into that sort of stuff, and while I do enjoy the music to an extent, just none of those bands seem to have any sort of decent songwriting. They all just babble a bunch of nonsense and catch phrases over fat riffs.
