I work from home as a web designer. I like it. I just finished some paintball team's website and I am now onto some other boring website. I like it though. I get paid to work on my computer in my pajamas all day.

I work at a record label. I also sometimes work at a bar. More people come to the Fest from the bar than the record label. Go figure.

i'm a registered nurse. going to school for it was the worst shit ever. but it was worth it cause now i only have to work 3 days a week, finding a job is pretty easy, i get to know people's personal businesses, and the pay is okay too.

Pretty sure you bought me a shot at Fest 5 (maybe it was 4?). It was at Common Grounds. But I don't really expect you to remember that.
But still, thanks!

Not to be a downer but today is really bad for me job wise. Just posted this on MySpace:
If you ever wanted to help me out.
Now would be the time.
Got a scary email from my boss today explaining that someone over in timekeeping managed to screw me out of 2 months pay. And so my job may end August 31st.
Those of you that know me, know I rarely if ever ask for anything. And I’m a very selfless person.
But now, I need your help for my livelihood. So you know if I’m asking, I’m in a tough spot.
Gville bands, please hire me to photograph your band. Live or portrait. We’ll work out payment on a sliding scale.
And if you have any ideas for employment for me that I can do online, please let me know.
I’m not going to drive to Gville for work. I’d go through my savings on the gas alone in no time and that is just counter productive.
Thanks so much friends…jana

They screwed you out of two months pay? How the hell did that happen? You should raise hell.
I'd let you photograph my band and give you money for it, but we're in Chicago and that's not really feasible.

Two words to answer that question - government job. Not a damn thing I can do about it either.
Thanks Danny, I'm hoping some Gville bands take me up on this. I've got one lined up for this weekend already (one that happens to be playing the Fest and really good guys).
