I was born in Mississippi and spent the first 25 years of my life there. I've lived in Texas for the last four years, but I still consider myself a Mississippian.

and that's coming from a man who has spent time in both Jacksonville and Ocala, Phillip has seen his share of dirty!!! i visited a friend years ago in some place called Ocean Springs, Mississippi and it might not be dirty but Mississippi from what I saw is definitely a unique state of mind (no pun intended on the word 'state') did any bands from Mississippi make out to play Fest last year? |

I think One Reason is from MS. One Reason sounds way too familiar. that very well may be the band i checked out at 1982 before walking to see meet a friend to see Avail. |

One Reason, Hot New Mexicans and Saw Wheel are all from the Mississippi Delta, and we all played last year and the year before; however, none of us currently live in MS.
I'm not sure about One Reason or Hot New Mexicans, but I'll be playing again this year. RJ
