A lady after my own heart! Yeah if your body isn't at least partially destroyed by the end of Fest chances are you did something wrong!

I have sworn by it since it was first created. Always have at least one tube with me at all times, especially when traveling.

Most import things to do to avoid getting sick, that most people just aren't going to do at the Fest:

Drink in moderation.
Sleep well.
Eat well.

You can party hard, just give your body a chance to rest and keep yourself energized with something more substantial than pizza every day.

I just don't have time to get sick in my life so I try my best not to. I usually hold out for that last day of the Fest. I started drinking liquor by 5pm last Sunday.

They NEVER should have said that they were "the cure for the common cold". There will probably NEVER be a cure for it. They set themselves up for that.

Regardless, it works. But it is key to take it BEFORE you need it or TWICE as much after you needed it.

I met Jay yesterday for the first time. He's a large and awkward man. I'd consider him a candidate for carrying the Fest aids.

I don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but last year at Fest I had Alkaseltzer Morning Relief tablets (I guess you can buy them at any drugstore). Break one up and put it in a bottle of water and drink it, slowly, as you wake up. Good as new, almost instantly. It worked for me.

throwing up a lot the day after then drinking lots of water and not eating pizza made me better

i hear the airborne is the official cure though, maybe they will be a spnsor this year beside pbr

i didnt have a problem with Fest Aids last year. Maybe I failed at Fest? But I like to think it was the constant supply of herbal medication. All these poo stories, and upset stomachs and whatnot...i think "Man, I wonder why I didnt run into those problems?" I dunno. I think if you're smart and you have regulated morning/night poo's, have a balanced pizza:beer ratio and smoke pot at any sign of trouble.

That's pretty much my motto for this year. Well done.
