It's a horrible disgusting looking little semi-permanent store front, I woul dnever buy anything there, but if you want an armadillo, that's an easy place to get one. Or some freaky african lizards, or scary looking birds with tentacles.
Can I buy a Chupacabra?

Kenny wrote: A ferret! Incredible. Aren't they said to be somewhat ill-natured fellows? Oh they're awesome pets, Kenny. Just like everyone has said. Just like any animal, they have the potential to be mean, but frequently handled ferrets rarely are. They do need a cage, but they need lots of exercise too. gully wrote: I just read it can be between 8 and 10 years. But mine didn't live that long, and neither did my Grandmother's. So I don't know, maybe it was just a fluke. 10 is OLD as dirt for ferrets. I just had to put Jasper (another ferret) down; he was 8. He developed Adrenal Disease and Lymphoma. The Adrenal Disease can cause hair loss. jeremy wrote: so now we are just waiting on a Flemish giant breeder to call us back, we're trying to find a blue one but don't think we will be to picky
Holy shit DUDE, I want a rabbit that HUGE!

You just got bonus points on that one mister! This board is missing kudos.

my dog tried to catch a snake this morning. Actually both dogs tried to get it. My black one is just too wimpy, and the snake got away, then the old Jack russell, who is still tough as nails, tried to get it, but but tough as he is, he's also a little blind, so the snake got away again.
it's just as well. I'm sure this snake wasn't poisonous, and the Jack Russell has killed dozens of snakes in his time, but I was bit by a pygmy rattlesnake last fall, so I'm a little apprehensive.

Damn, guess you're OK but that's scary!
I found this big old Diamondback in front of my house one day and it scared the hell out of me, took this pic from my car so he could strike my tires and not me:
My kitty Sue (short for Boy Named Sue) lays in the same spot so I worry about him. I think I may have lost one of my cats to a snakebite already.

Weddings, seriously. And that's about it. I've been asked sevreal times by friends and it just isn't my thing. I'd feel insanely bad if something happened to the photos, it's not like you can do it over. But I do shoot the raging wedding reception after-show, like when Rob Sessions got married and Whiskey & Co played at the Atlantic for their reception. The dance party with drunk relations was fantastic!

She looks like she's in a spacesuit.
Our little chap sheds the other way round, the skin on his head is the last bit to come off.

Like ancient shouldn't even be alive old.
I don't actually know her age but I rescued her from a friend, he wasn't taking the best care of her. I would bring her food to his place and he eventually let me have her. Most of my animal friends were rescued.
So thinking back to when I got her that would make her a minimum of around 14 years old! She was already an adult then so who knows how old she really is. I think her eyesight is going bad but she is as active and hungry as ever.
