But seriously people, drinking and getting too close to the gators is a REALLY BAD IDEA. Especially at night. People have lost their dogs walking them too close to the lake on campus. And some people have been attacked too. And these things happened in the daytime. Oh, and I was in the Santa Fe Zoo program and handled 50 some tiny gators daily, and even the ones under a foot have very sharp and strong jaws. So don't think that because it is smaller it is safer. One of those could get a digit, and a 5 footer could easily take off a limb. Take it from my uncle, he lost his arm (but thankfully not his life) to a big ol FL gator, right in Gville:

You're only going to see a live Armadillo crossing a road on the outskirts of Gville in the early morning hours. That's when they are out looking for food. But she died before I could get her there. So I set her adrift in the lake in this wooden crate I found. Kind of like a viking funeral. I highly approve of the viking funeral Josh!

also, viking funerals are the only way to go. i gave one to a hamster once and it really was the best goodbye ever.

Fest 7 goals, a couple years ago they had a scavanger hunt and me and my sister got everything on it and then realized we didnt have our wrist bands in the pics it sucked so if they one again this year i wanna do it right! |
