Dude, I always have a great time at Fest. I'm just having the dreams like I overslept the Fest and stuff. Not like me having a bad time, just like those dreams where you forgot to put on pants and went to school. Even though that'd be rad. Regardless we will party at Fest.

word, speaking of that it's funny because mentally I don't get embarrassed but physically I do like red cheeks and nervousness and shit but I remember having a dream about going to school in pajamas and everyone laughing even after I had already done it hahaha

weirdness, I just had a super strange Fest dream and then logged on to find this thread! Dreamt I was at a gig but it wasn't in one of the usual venues and I went to use the toilet which was up a wee alley way and we I got there it was just a hole in the wall and some guy was leaping up an down on one foot singing the Living End's "Uncle Harry". Being friendly I sang along and the dude followed me back to the venue singing and hopping on one foot which started to freak me out, and then all these weird fights started taking place and the police took everyone's Fest passes! I then got back to my hotel and realised I'd totally forgot to meet anyone I was supposed to as I had been in a fancy restaurant before the gig and lost track of time!

I have this reccurring nightmare, i get it once in a while, where the dream starts and im the middle of town, its a saturday, its busy and loads of people are shopping. i look down to realise that all im wearing is a tshirt, and its always lime green or bright orange. then i notice that my bottom half is totally naked. so i spend the entire dream trying to pull the tshirt down to cover my lady privates haha but it never works because the tshirt is always really small. Also, loads of my dreams take place in the same house, its a house that was in 1 dream, but then I've gone back to it in other dreams, but its a completely made up house though but its always basically the same. My dreams wierd me out haha

i hate free money dreams.

i get them loads when i wanna buy expensive stuff or go places.

but no specific Fest dreams as of yet...guess since it'll be my first i won't have any weird old, nocturnal memories lurking at the back of my head

Good point. I guess until you live it you can't really love it. Not the wasy it will haunt your life afterwards. Life will become boring and the Monday after Fest just becomes 362 days until the next. Then you'll be having some nightmares.

At the Fest, there's no excuse for a bad time. Find me too, we'll be friends, we'll party.

I've had all these dreams as well; sometimes good, sometimes bad. Pre and post Fest. I try to shake it off once I wake up, but usually if it's a bad dream, it keeps me bitter all day.

And get this, just yesterday I was talking to a friend and said this:

"Guess what, I'm already thinking about what Halloween costume I'm going to wear to the Fest this weekend."

JESUS! I wish it were this weekend. My friend just busted out laughing, he couldn't believe I was that excited. Clearly he doesn't know the glory that is the Fest.

Haha I have naked in public dreams all the damn time. It'll always be like, naked at a show or naked at the supermarket, but it always becomes incidental to the dream...it's not like hugely embarassing. People interact with me without making a big deal, it's just every so often I'll be like, "Holy shit, I'm not wearing clothes and I haven't been for a long time!" Which is weird. Oh well, it's probably just penance for all the drunken evenings when I actually have gone naked in public. Or maybe it's cause I don't like sleeping in clothes so that's how I show up to my dreams. Haha.

And man, if you think you have weird dreams! Sometimes I freak myself out when I wake up, like, "God dammit, why was that in my head?!"

Never had a "Fest nightmare" AND I'm too beat literally running from one show to the next every night to do anything but pass out cold during the Fest.

Last night I had a dream that I was in G-ville and some wierdo was force-feeding me banana skins in a dark alley and Peej came to rescue me . The last thing I listened to before bed was Gainesville Rock City whilst looking at flights haha, not sure where the banana skin thing came from though

I had a dream about the Fest last night. Ryan had gotten a tattoo on his chest that contained the words "Jew Fro". It was confusing.

I was at some random venue, The Ergs and The Descendents were playing, Dan Yemin was there, Descendents did a Paint It Black cover, it was fucking amazing, after the show I convinced them to play The Fest. When I was in the parking lot after the show I realized I never went and talked to Jay (my dream skipped The Ergs set for some reason) and I just said fuck it I'll just send him a message on the Fest boards and see him in october.

I got woken up by my phone, fell back asleep but then I had some dream about my sister buying Skate for her 360 and I didn't drive back to Gainesville because I played it all day. I was pretty dissapointed when I woke up and she was still playing Tony Hawk Proving Ground
