Yeah the guy who stayed with us from the UK in January for the HWM show dropped like $200 at Hyde & Zeke's which we thought was kind of insane, but then I thought about the conversion. Not bad. As long as he got his vinyl home in one piece.
He was also nice enough to buy a steak dinner and give us two tickets to the Orlando show, in exchange for the ride from Gville to Orlando. Pretty sweet deal for all parties.

Mose G tours on vegetable oil, so, to get to the Fest from Philly via Portland, ME, my grand total travel expense comes up to about $0. nice.

I haven't been to Hyde & Zeke in YEARS. I always have trouble finding the new location, and the last time I looked for it, I searched so thouroughly that I thought maybe it had finally given up the ghost.
I wish they were still on Univesrity Ave, or SOMEWHERE more centrally located.

Fuck- are you flying business class Kate? I'm yet to look around for prices, hopefully something around £300- £350 will come up.. we might go via New York and get an internal flight down this time rather than spend 6 hours somewhere like Charlotte or Philadelphia airport

You gonna hang out in New York for a bit first? That seems to be the plan for a few of us on here anyway.

-round trip plane tickets from San Francisco to Jacksonville = $210 (we bought them REALLY early)
-12 passenger van for 4 days = $480 (or something like that, but split 12 ways)
-4 nights in 2 rooms at the Holiday Inn = $probably a lot, but will be worth it$ (but split 12 ways)
-all the beer and pizza and sparks i gotta buy = $probably a lot, but will be worth it$
-then prob an extra $50-$100 on band merch/random shit.
shit is gonna RULE.

Carpooling is the best way to go. Last year I drove down with three other people and I probably paid $100 in gas both ways if that. Prices are up since then, but this year I plan to pool with more people, so it shouldn't be that bad. I do have to take a train down to NJ to even catch my ride though. Not sure how much it'll be, but it's a train so it can't too much.
