I heard Gordon Gano's Army might be touring down the east coast with Lemuria to play. Hopefully this happens!

Not heard about that but it would be good. I also know of one small UK band that plan to tour some of the East Coast immediately after Fest who I know hope to play but I'll let them post about that as and when they see fit if it works out.

I've pretty much learned that seeing You, Me and The Atom Bomb every year is a must. I'll hopefully finally get to see Chillerton play this year. bands I would really love to see play:
Deny Everything The Steal The Lockout Leatherface Frenzal Rhomb ???? i tried to pursuade deny everything to play Fest, hopefully the will take some notice! I think pretty much every town they visited on tour tried to get them to apply for Fest! It was my turn last night in Leeds Hope it works, I don't want to have to wait ages to see them again! I'd love to see The Lockout play the Fest, they'd be so excited!
Funny as hell...I hadn't read anything about this and just compliment good bands by saying "you need to apply for Fest". So, Jeremy told me to check them out (easy name to remember when you can imagine Jason belting out the Kid Dynamite song...and they live up to the name). I found their myspace, added them and mentioned it in the memo box or whatever..."you need to apply for Fest".
They wrote me back just yesterday on myspace that they fully intend to.

Are you talking about Deny Everything or The Lockout? I saw the DE guys on Saturday and told them there had been some interest in them on here and they were super stoked and started punching the roof of their van with excitement! They're well nice people and great fun to hang out with as well as to watch as a band so I really hope they make it!
