I've paid less at Anthem, but from hearing other people talk, it seems like the price ranges are $50 - $100/hr. Varies per difficulty, per artist, per repeat customer. Per sucker. (I keed)
You can always email them your design, be specific about size/colors/ideas on customization and ask for a quote.
If you want something completely custom drawn just for you, I'm guessing you're going to pay for the design time too.
**Don't forget to tip your artist!!!!!!!!!!!**

Have you used Old London Road Tattoos in Kingston. My friend owns it so may be able to get you a deal there.

It always amazes me to find out how many people are clueless about this. You are trusting someone to put something on your body for life and you will more than likely have a follow-up session. Your tattoo artist is going to remember if you don't tip, or tip poorly. And chances are, it will show in your tattoo.
I absolutely suggest Anthem Tattoo when you are in Gville. They were the ones that had a booth in Holiday Inn last year. Good guys, great tattoo artists.

I have two. The first year I got it done the day before Fest. Horrible idea. When I went back for a touchup my artist asked what I'd been using for lube and my honest answer was "beer and sweat". I did my next one about a week before Fest, that was much smarter.

pretty much every tattoo from last year was AMAZING. i have to say that rob's flash was my favorite. i got my I<PBR touched up and he did a straight razor on my index finger...that totally got ruined.. ripped the scab off on the third day lifting some gear...amidst a vol.sesh that i was late forfor extreme shit reasons.... hey PJ. wont happen this time .maybe i'll go for just one volunteer sesh instead of taking on three

Yeah, hand tattoos are tough ones to not get screwed up, especially if they are on the fingers.
