sounds fun but very exclusive. how many kids can you fit in an RV after a band's set up. not to be a bummer or anything

I just saw an great Op Ivy tribute show in orlando. dudes from virgins and spitvalves. It was pretty much amazing. this should defintly happen dang, I didn't know anyone from Spitvalves was involved in that thing. I realy miss those guys.
expect to see the full video from their "last last" show sometime in the near future

mackenzie..yeah, that guy wrote: I just think it's gonna get busted pretty quick. One of the only reasons the cops don't bust house shows is because of the amount of time it'd take to get the owner's info. At a storage space...the number and the emergency number are posted in plain sight. Cops show up call the number "do you want all these kids here" "no" "everybody out" tresspass warrants for the rest $500 deposit gone bad Fest fuck that
To be honest i think the biggest problem is how far away it is. Ive never seen a number at the ones we play at, and the deposit was only $100. I've only had a cop come out there ONE TIME and we were piss drunk practicing like at 2am (we've done this more than this one time) and they came out and we had bottles outside and shit and they were just like "we don't give a fuck, but some guy few miles away was complaining, I don't know how he can hear this far but if you could just stop that would be cool"
and note we were playing with the door open, some bodies in front of it would definitely dampen the sound a little. I'm just saying, I do think it's a possibility if all else fails and if people really want to try to drive/carpool there at 2am drunk as hell...but I doubt many do...

I need you guys to help us out in putting this together.
Bands, Locations...let's get this shit together.
There is absolutely no shortage of bands to play house shows during non-Fest hours.
What Mackenzie needs here to get things better organized this year is PLACES for house shows.
If you are serious about having one at your place in Gville, speak up. I've seen Mackenzie post the same thing several times and getting little feedback. He needs your help on this to make it happen.

I've heard of a legendary place and a friend just confirmed of it's existance. Checking on it's availablility for pre/post Fest show parties.
I might need some volunteers to setup/teardown for this.
It's probably not gonna get you a Fest pass...but we'll see what we can do to compensate ya.
Let me know.
