I haven't been into any activism in the last 6 months or so until recently but i've only been participating in Earth First! Protests and such, not so much corporate shit. After the Florida Protest against all major food chains a couple months ago i think i heard that Burger King was the only fast food restaurant that agreed to raise the price they were paying for vegetables. And even so, it wasn't by much as I remember. So I'm guessing that you're saying Taco Bell jumped on the bandwagon with them.

Yum! brands is pretty much the devil. But it been more than six months since it's revision.

yeah, but there was something more recent. there were 2 major protests, one in Miami, the other in Orlando protesting Burger King, McDonald's, and Taco Bell for the wage they pay for their tomato pickers or in actuality the amount they paid the tomato company per tomato.

I love that site. Last time I saw Dr. Dan I got him stoked on it.
If you're going to be into activism it's really a useful tool.

I was going to say...I was pretty sure Taco Bell did something about that. Again, I'm not defending them either, and I'm sure they still aren't paying a decent living wage, but I do remember a boycott of our campus Taco Bell Express a year or two over this. I thought it was funny that everyone ate at Burger King instead.
