Cool. I love nn2s. I was stuck for an idea for a gig flyer once, and emailed Mitch Clem for the hell of it to ask if I could rip off one of his strips, and he said to fill my boots. What a lovely man.

I'm a big fan of Mitch Clem. The way his art has improved over the years is such an inspiration, I really need to try to draw something every day, make myself practice.

I remember last year he made some sort of blog post about how he wasn't going to The Fest, because of his social anxiety. He could probably sell a ton of books if he went this year.

"my stupid life" is pretty hilarious. nn2s is my favorite for sure, but i think "san antonio rock city" is a close second

I think "My Stupid Life" might actually be my favorite strip he's done, though it's really not much different from SARC. I did read a TON of old NN2S strips the other day, and it got me all nostalgiac. like everyone else, I just wish he'd update more often.

I wish he would bring back Kittens

I started reading that strip a million years ago, it's great stuff, and I totally can't wait for that book.

I hate his message board, though, and the people who post on his Livejournal don't know punk rock from a hole in the ground.

don't feel too bad he's seeing Dead Milkmen and Scared of Chaka at Fun Fun Fun Fest. also, i think he told me he has something else other than that keeping him from going. still buy his books. even better if you use the Jay Sherman 'buy my book' voice when doing so.

I've left a few comments too. not many. But the overall punk rock knowledge on there doesn't seem TOO bad, except that every now and then soeonme will say "I do like *insert band* but blah blah, great job Mitch."
