is this all over the US, or just the FL news? there are hours every day of "breaking updates" that don't tell anyone jack shit they don't alreayd know.

I had no idea about it until i was at my parents in Orlando for a weekend, and haven't heard about it since besides the random commercials where the local news team talks about how bad ass they were for being the first to see stuff.

random related story though - the day after I first about the story we were filming some promo stuff for the new Guts all day. The guy that the camera was rented out from couldn't drive over to get it from us but really needed it for some shoot he had late at night. so he gives me an address and says he'll pay me $75 to drive it out to him (fuck yes!)
I really had no idea why the directions seemed to send me into a residential area until I realized I was actually at the house of the kidnapped girl, news vans every where it was insane. I would be so pissed if I lived in that neighborhood. It's another prime example of why I refuse to work in a news station, he said he had just been sitting there all day and was covering for a friend. it pays good but it's really shit work.

I have no idea what your talking about and it's awesome. I hate tv. I hate the news.
