I heard it had something to do with the Ergs.

i had forgotten about it until really late sunday night. oh, and i also heard they had a replacements cover band at wayward council without telling me. not cool. heard it was slammed though.

Really? Wow. If it wasn't for the warehouse show I would've went to that.

I heard there was bridge and tunnel and bomb the music industry though?

Not sure about BTMI but B&T played an acoustic hotel room set.

the Holiday Inn bummed me out. So much cash and no special show, no fun partying, and stupid ass security at the front door that made it a pain.

The Replacements tribute show was at a house party according to a text I got and not at Wayward.

Yeah, the Fest event that got canceled was Ergs! doing karaoke. There were a pile of special passes for it when I went to drop off my Fest photos on Saturday. When I came back by on Sunday there were flyers everywhere in Holiday Inn that pretty much said "sorry, we are too exhausted to do the special event."

The acoustic hotel room set was not an official Fest event as far as I know. It was in my friend's room and he just put it on himself. That's how I ended up in the damn elevator later. One of the members of Bridge and Tunnel was in there trying to "take control of the situation" and just pissing people off. At one point I was talking quietly to someone next to me when he snapped at me and said "Miss! Miss!" and shhshed me and I about flew across the elevator at him. First thing after we got out, he apologized to me though. Everyone deals with stress differently. Its all good.

It was WAY better last year.

This year the line was terrible. So I got my wristband and pretty much left right away to go to the roof with Maple Mike. When we got there it was wicked lame and nothing like last year so we left right away.
