<  Fest Rants  ~  thinking about organizing

an official mid-fest workout.

not sure if there are many gym rats on here, but maybe on saturday afternoon we can hit the gym for a couple hours.

i don't know, but wouldn't it be nice if you could walk into one of the shows with a nice pump, all jacked up on some branch chain amino acids or something?!?!

worry not out-of-towners, i have plenty of protein powder for everyone, shoot, we can even meet at my apartment and slam like a pre-party/workout stacker, to get you really pumped up.

unless there is some sort of beer relay, or running while chugging pabst. you'll be able to talk me into it after a twelve pack most definitely.

If there is any work out you should be doing, It should be how late can you stay awake, how much beer you can drink, and drugs you can snort without going to the emergency room. This isn't a weight lifting contest, or being the plump on in the middle of the crowd this isn't ozzfest. This is an Endurance run of rock. Anyone agree or am I out of my mind?
