Ahh.. this is the in-store that Four Letter Word will be too hung-over to do, heh:)

It's a US band, you'll be seeing them in Manchester a few nights before, and in Leeds the day after this show.
Unless they manage to find another Scotland show or something better to do than play in a tiny record store and hang out, that is..
(It's Young Livers.)

Reason they're not on the flier is that it's not 100% confirmed (see; if they find another show too far away) and the original promoter of the YL Manchester show on the 8th Oct was worried that people wouldn't go to the real gig (as if!) and just come to the instore a few days later instead.
Now it's Ruth and me doing the gig, I don't really care. To be honest, I think anyone that'd go and see Young Livers in the first place, would be at the real show and the instore anyway..
DOIT.
Whilst we're here, then..
Wednesday 8th October
YOUNG LIVERS
BEASTS http://www.myspace.com/squidbeast
THE AMISTAD http://www.myspace.com/theamistadband
HAMMERS http://www.myspace.com/hammers625
at the Retro Bar,
Sackville St, Manchester
first band 8pm, £5 yo.

I'm out of the country for all of these gigs which I'm a bit gutted about! However, as some of you may have heard the Small Mercies have very suddenly split up and were due to play the Brixton show so I'm guessing there is now a space as support. Nothing to do with me though and it may have been filled already but if anyone is interested it may be worth contacting Lil or Greg at Staying South.

If you want to get involved in this human train just find a man that looks like a skinny version of Coach Buzzcut from Beavis & Butthead and we will see you to the venue. We might even have a singalong on the train.
