The Tampa show is usually on the Wednesday! We were discussing it on a UK board earlier and we're looking at hiring a minivan or something in Gainesville and driving there on the Wednesday if you wanna join us? Greg Chillerton's idea but I'm sure he'll be cool with it.

I went to the Tampa show weds and Thursday last year. Both were amazing!

Oh ok I didn't know there were two nights. I know Chillerton played the Wednesday last year so that's why I assumed it was a Wednesday thing. Much as they look awesome I'd like to be in Gainesville on the Thursday for the now traditional UK meet up at Mothers though.

Yeah true but I've made some great friends over the last couple of years through the Thursday night piss up and there will be at least one gig in GNV that night too. I dunno, guess I just like being in Gainesville more than Tampa! I also very much like the idea of sleeping in late on the Friday without having to worry about how to get to Gainesville when I wake up!

I'm sure there will be another good Gainesville Thursday night pre-fest show, last years was awesome with Glass and Ashes and Young Livers. since i'll finally be 21 this year I might venture over to Mothers with a terrible Australian accent and pretend I know stuff about rugby and soccer.

I'm not sure how a terrible Australian accent will help things, but I wholeheartedly endorse this approach.
