I'm considering boxing up my pixie bike (see: children's bike made adult ridable) and hauling it down, since I wasn't planning on checking a bag anyways, and it would be a fun/entertaining way of getting around the Fest. My question is how hilly is Gainesville, and how close is everything? Pedaling on those tiny pedals can be a strain up/down hills and for long distances over a couple of miles...
For the record, this is my bike. The Inanity Manatee!

That bike is AWESOME! Be warned, if I see you I'll want to take it for a spin.
You'll probably be on zero hills while in Gville. And the venues are fairly close, minus campus.
Only thing you should know it that Gville is strict on having lights on your bike after dark AND if it is left unlocked it WILL BE STOLEN.

Hmmm...Need to perform a bike light switch tomorrow, got it. And I've got a D-Lock, ssss'all good.
And anyone who wants to take her (it?) for a test drive is more than welcome.
My goal is to have it covered in stickers by the end of Fest. The white is just...too...white.

It's the Fest, they'll be too busy with breaking and enterings, noise disturbances, and urinating in publix, to worry about bike lights.

I haven't had lights in about 8 months and always ride by cops on the street at 2 AM on the way home. They are too busy for sure.
