<  While in Gainesville  ~  Where to stay?

While trying to get a few others from ga on board, the hotels posted sold out. This will be my first Fest and I'm trying to experience it right. Can anyone suggest a place, does anyone need a person to split hotel costs, or does any local have a couch that they'd be willing to lend?
