I meant to do this last year, but drank beer instead. Down on 34th street theres a big wall that is a free space for graffiti and whatnot. I think it would be pretty cool to take one of the sections and make it Festly. Its perfectly legal, so long as you dont spray paint over the big memorial in the middle.
