The Registration page says:

Thursday October 25th (Early Registration): 3pm-5pm
(Limited Reg. General Weekend Pass only!!! NO Merch, Band, Sponsor, Press, or Volunteer pick up)

Is that to mean that if we order, say, a Fest t-shirt when we purchase our weekend pass that we will not be able to pick up that t-shirt if we were to register early on Thursday? We would then have to come back on Friday?

I noticed this as well and meant to post about it...I would imagine most people who buy passes also buy merch with it?

We won't be ready to deal with all the merch on Thursday. Just registering passes. If you want to pick up everything at once come to registration on Friday.

i'm curious to see how this two hour pick up on thursday will change the crazy line that friday registration brings.

No. You just have to choose which is the best time for you to pick up your stuff. One option is to pick up your merch on Saturday. There is literally nobody at registration on Saturday except for a few bored volunteers.

We are going to have a lot more people staffed to check people in this year. That combined with the handful of folks that will get checked in Thurs should really reduce the waiting time to get registered on Friday.

Thursday registration is such an awesome idea, I will be there for sure, then straight to Mothers!

If I'm still working at the same place, I can be there by 3:30 on Thursday afternoon. I might take off of work on Friday anyway.
