Sounds like they want you to include the postage so that they can send you a reply without spending their own dough. Smart on their part considering the volume of bands they must deal with.

Contrary to popular belief, some bands don't have e-mail or a myspace. So that must be the reason for the enclosed postage. Var and Peej are part of the board, as well as Cam, I'm not sure about anyone else. They can help you better than anyone else with that question.
