I think it was speculated it would be about $10 up from last year, so $60 if that speculation is right. Who knows, though.

Oh my life!

Look for 'Value' in the dictionary and the above quote is what you'll find.

Nice one!

Including the flights, the Fest is only about £50 more than a Reading festival weekend ticket + return on the train. Plus of course the much better lineup and bonus of a holiday in florida haha.

After Fest 5 I stopped going to Reading Festival for good after 16 years of it!! UK festivals just aren't worth the money when you have this kind of alternative!

I hear that!

UK Festivals are a joke when you compare them to the Fest. Both in terms of the quality of bands and how much it costs you.

Our gain I guess! (that is Fest go-ers, not UK residents)

i read somewhere that europeans get a pissload more holiday time than most(to all) all americans...and on top of that, americans are more likely not to use there vacation time...no wonder we stuff ourselves with chicken nuggets and drink small garbage cans of cola...

most eu countries in general do. but for us working brits it has been a different story. the european union average for public holidays and legal minimum annual leave combined is 33 days. in the uk though the average was just 20 days per year, though this increased last year to 24. and will increase again to 28days in 2009. but yeh point being we work a lot of hours.
