My band is going on a short Florida tour in December. We are coming down from Georgia and are looking for a show in or around Gainesville on December 1st or the 5th on our way back up. Can anyone help us out? I book shows in Columbus, Georgia and I'm totally down with show trades. Definitely down with house shows. I've already emailed the people at 1982 and The Laboratory, but haven't heard anything yet. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

wasn't "Mind Power" the original name of Bad Brains?

that it was. didnt find out about that til a few months after we started the band, haha. Still, I think the S at the end adds a completely different element to it. I see Mind Power as having the ability to overcome things because you set your mind to it, or using your head in taking on a challenge, whereas Mind Powers are superpowers, like Professor X from the X-Men or someone similar would have.

We've actually just booked the 1st in Jacksonville, still looking to possibly play Gainesville on the 5th though, if anyone can help.
