I've gotten in a few debates trying to convince people that folks that live in the UK don't like be referred to as living in Europe. Can you back me up on that?
Most people don't care, but if you ask a Daily Mail reader if they're European, they'd eat your soul. I'm Scottish, btw. And I recognise a number of people on this board who're coming from Scotland, too. I swear our country is not that small that everyone knows each other, though!
