is anyone interested in doing a zombie lurch from bar to bar on saturday night? you know, since it is halloween-time and all.
the idea is, get a shit-ton of people together, dressed as zombies, wandering around from bar to bar as a group.
something like this:

if someone else provides the costumes and makeup. i dont wanna pack anything more than i need. also if someone could apply my makeup for me while im watching a band so i have to put absolutely no effort into it except walking.

if enough people respond that they'd like to do it, i'll bring makeup, fake blood, and elmer's glue. takes about 5-10 minutes per face. pretty much, you just rub some elmer's glue on your face, let it dry a little, peel it off a bit and then apply a small amount of white, black, and green face paint (purple helps too). you want to look dead and pale, not fake and white. finally, take a biiiig swig of fake blood. let it drool out of your mouth and all over your chest. dont rinse, repeat, until youre covered in blood. also you can feel free to dirty up your pants and shirt and add holes and such.
(my makeup job from last year)

You'll have plenty of time if you're a 28 days later zombie.
I may or may not. It sounds like a lot of fun, and I do love zombies.

i'm sorry this isn't getting the kind of response you wanted. maybe if you held it at a time when bands weren't playing, like friday anywhere from 4-6, then people would be more interested. i know i would.

This would be really cool, because zombies are awesome, but I'm not planning on being coherent enough to take part in anything that pre-planned.

He got real close to a good point here...
minus the blood (in most cases) we'll look like a bunch of zombies by then anyhow...roaming the streets, dirty nasty clothes, swaggering, slurring our speach, pale and feeling no pain.
Halloween's next week, until then, get your Fest on.

Nothing says "classy" like tricking people into thinking you've been grievously injured.
