Also good, but they lack the "bite" of "harlot" - just try saying, "Get out of here you filthy harlot!" out loud and you'll see, it flows nicely.

I propose some sort of comprehensive insultathon to test the merits of each, possibly resulting in some sort of published academic paper.
Or, slapped faces and aggrieved harlots.
