I just wanna say how fucking stoked I am that SEAWEED are playing the Fest!!! Everyone should buy as many of their albums as you can before you get to the Fest...ONE OF THE MOST UNDER RATED BANDS EVER!!! Thank you Fest gods for bringing us Seaweed(and Naked Raygun, Avail, etc.) This is gonna be THE BEST Fest EVER!!!!

Could not agree more, I've owned 'Four' for many years and I picked up 'Despised' and 'Spanaway' a few months ago when I heard they were reuniting, so psyched that they're playing the Fest!!

Yup, Seaweed is an essential for all those that love melodic punk. I wish Squirrelbait would get back together too.

What was up with Aaron (singer dude) and Jen Toomey? Her band used to make jokes about him kinda stalking her and being creepy and then they used a clip of a freaky message he left on her answering machine.

I saw Seaweed's first show back last night, and it was incredible!! The band sounded great, their new drummer is amazing, and they looked like they were having fun. Aaron's voice cracked a bunch, but what do you expect they haven't played in years. The song selection was really good, and they even played a new song that made me excited about a new record.
There's a stream of the show at www.kexp.org It's kinda hard to find, but if you go to the streaming archive and put in Sept 1st. 8pm it should come up.

I'm fucking stoked about Seaweed too, as well as Naked Raygun, because here are two bands I don't even give a shit about seeing. So lucky me when the schedule appears I will know exactly where not to be.
Thanks again Fest, you rule for making my decision easy.

Can't wait to see Seaweed again. A few of my UK mates were nearly sick when they found out they were playing when they knew they couldn't make it out for Fest to see them!
Nice to see Raygun fans on here too. This will be my fifth Raygun gig since November. They're starting to cost me far too much money but worth every penny!!!

Sorry about the post earlier, I was being an ass. Also readysteadyjedi, I looked at your photos from last year and it got me really fucking jazzed for the Fest.
