Always falling on Fest time.

What have people done when their teams were playing? The Twins have a legitimate shot at making it this year and I would be so torn..

Serious dudes in Mothers love it when this is on and I try to talk to them about it.

Since the Washington Nationals have no shot at the World Series, it will probably never matter to me. I am more upset that I have to miss some regular season footbball games.

We're in Boston right after Fest. Is there any chance they'll make it? They seem to a lot.

I watch the game even if it isn't my favorite team. I can see three-chord pop punk bands that all sound the same any time I want; the world Series only happens once a year.

No chance. Unless the Rays just completely fall apart, which I don't see happening.

Sure would be ironic if Sportscenter did another Fest after show.

You are a Golden State Warriors fan? At least they are fun to watch.

*groan* yeah... Lots of offseason change this summer (new ownership new coach new faces of the franchise) but whether that translates into wins, we shall see. i'm glad they got rid of nelson.

It is kind of like cricket but the matches are not 42 years long. And your clothes might actually get dirty.

note: this is not a slam on cricket. I actually like what I understand of the game. I just think the matches go on a bit long and the players are dressed a bit too posh.

I don't have a great deal of time for cricket either, but it sounds like Twenty 20 cricket might be up your street, much shorter games and garish strips.

Don't let the traditionalist hear you trying to sell Twenty/20 to anyone they had a hard enough time when limited overs cricket was introduced in the 60's.
