I got this email today from Expedia (AU), didn't know wtf it was so I phoned them and the 2 different people I spoke to didn't know either.. but Delta's website had a page on it and so I went to the form to fill in those bits (no idea why Expedia don't actually pass your info on to the airline despite me giving it to them).

Just thought I'd share anyways cuz I've never seen it before and seems to be a new thing as of a couple weeks time, all to do with the US gov 'watch list'.

I've done mine for United and Delta, you just gotta find your itinerary on the airline's site and theres a button to do it.

Ignore if this isn't news to anyone else!

I got one of those from expedia the other day too. I just logged into my expedia account and updated the information there and thought that was enough. Now you have me worried that I need to contact the airlines too?!

Will check it all out when I get home later.

Also, expedia have sent me about 20 emails over the last few months saying that my itinerary has been updated, when in fact every itinerary they've sent has been exactly the same as my original booking. The same thing happened when I booked through opodo last year. Weird.

Expedia said they've got my details right but when I went to view my itinerarys on the airlines' sites they had my first and middle names as one word for my first name, no middle name and no DOB or gender :?

And yeah I've had so many of those, one of them did actually have a change by an hour. Cuz I've booked with Virgin Blue for aussie domestic, Expedia for US domestic, and JetAbroad for cross-pacific I've had so many emails off all of them and every time I panic haha.
