So, apparently MSP closed it's doors on Thursday. From what I heard, it was going to be a Fest venue all 3 nights this year. Looks like it'll probably reopen soon, but in time for Fest? Will the new owners even agree to have Fest there? Just something that I've been thinking about since I heard the news. Hmm. http://www.gainesville.com/article/2010 ... may-reopen

That REALLY sucks. It was my favorite bar last year while up for pre-fest and I try to go every time I go to G-ville now.

Balls. That was a great venue last year and will be hard to replace. Hopefully it gets up and running...

I'm sure it will re-open, but I don't know if the new management will still be into The Fest.

I think the new owner if he doesn't want to chnage the concept compeltly would be in, as its safe money and garantueed three days a full house from noon to midnight

Surely the old owners mentioned it?
