Anyways I'm going to see my friends in California Smile and Robot Dick tonight, then tomorrow it's off to glorious Boston to see Kay Kay and his Weathered Underground, Landmines and Dirty Tactics. should be a time!

I was supposed to go see Landmines, Dirty Tactics and my friend's band, Tension Generation on Tuesday. But I was sick with horrible allergies, and broke.

I'm going to see No Doubt with my fiance tomorrow though. $10 grass seats, what!

actually the next show I probably go to is Biohazard on tuesday... this will be funny..

next weekend I drive with one of the bands I book to a czech festival, mainly european ska acts, a couple of the old jamaican gyus, but Far from Finished, Buzzcocks, Squirtgun or SNFU will play too... and half a liter staropramen for a buck- yeah

I saw Frodus and Chuck Ragan about a month ago (not at the same show)

I think I missed a show recently, can't remember what. I'm probably gonna miss Harvey Milk and Torche this Sunday night. But I will definitely see Austin Lucas and Two Cow Garage in about a month, and fuck, I just remembered I need to get crackin' on finding a show for Sleepwall.

everyone check out www.myspace.com/sleepwall and then give them a show. They are looking at FL on August 11 or 12, don't know the rest of their schedule.

We've also got Squirtgun playing soon with Zatopeks which should be good. Also SNFU with The Freeze is soon which I'm excited about. Other than that there's H20 and I think Adolescents and the Stupids are playing together soon which should be fun. That asides I don't know of anything much but I'm avoiding go out for a while anyway so I don't care!

nice shows - Zatopeks are fun, saw them a couple of times when they lived here.. but august is crazy, festival time and most bans play under the week here.. flatliners, a wilhelm scream, mad caddies, h2o, riverboat gamblers, polar bear club and what I really look forward to the get up kids... will be a busy month

saw the hold steady for free on the 2nd and went out to orlando wednesday and saw No Friends, Stressface, and New Bruises.

probably Anti nowhere league, ashers, duane peters gun fight, cobra skulls on the 13th.
looks like i might see Rancid on the 20th and Pretty Boy Thorson on the 21st.

then there's awesome fast, pre-fest, and Fest as far as i know.

The next gig we have booked is Algernon Cadwallader and Teenage Cool Kids in October, although we're trying to sort something for this cool Swiss band called Rabbit Theory in August. We missed out on getting D4 booked for December, damnit. They're still coming to Glasgow though so all is not lost.

Don't some of Zatopeks still live there? Sebby is a friend of mine and lives over here but I thought the rest of them lived over your way. That's why it's always so damn difficult to book them to play a show here!

I am thinking about going to Best Friends Day in RVA to check out a few bands... but hopefully they'll play Fest and save me a 2 hour drive.
