I just heard yet another band with the word "of" in their name, and I thought of that Nothing Nice To Say strip that someone (Jana?) posted somewhere recently, where Fletcher and Blake were naming bands with the word "ass" in their name.
Anyway, here's what I got so far....
from looking at my own library -
Archers Of Loaf Bandits Of The Acoustic Revolution Youth Of Today Chain Of Strength Sick Of It All Mates Of State Of Montreal Army Of Ponch Fountains Of Wayne Monks Of Doom Gang Of Four Bombs Of Death Hour Of The Wolf Kitchens Of Distinction Articles Of Faith By The Grace Of God End Of A Year Flight Of The Conchords The Dukes of Stratosphear Nation Of Ulysses Mission Of Burma North Of America Plan Of Attack Rites Of Spring Song Of Zarathustra Stars Of The Lid Tears Of Frustration Chorus Of Disapproval State Of Alert State Of The Nation Vision Of Disorder
just thinking of other names I've heard - (I know a lot of these bands suck)
Path Of Resistance Point Of Recognition Cradle Of Filth Children Of Bodom Queens Of The Stone Age Soundtrack Of Our Lives Puddle Of Mudd ...And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead Fear Before The March Of Flames The Fall of Troy Story Of The Year Towers Of Hanoi Battalion Of Saints Bird of Ill Omen Band Of Horses The Recieving End Of Sirens The Sound Of Animals Fighting The Voluptuous Horror of Karen Black Bastard Of Young Bastard Sons Of Johnny Cash 3 Inches Of Blood Walls Of Jericho War Of Ages Arrogant Sons Of Bitches Thoughts Of Ionesco Scars Of Tomorrow Premonitions Of War Sisters Of Mercy Fury Of Five
Jana, feel free to compile an alphabetical master list, as your OCD dictates.

God you must have been bored!! Funnily enough the only band that sprang to mind when I read the thread title was Scared of Chaka and you seem to have missed them off your list!

I have thought of starting a Straight Edge Hardcore Cover Band, and one potential name was Youth Of Strength.
