Making last minute hotel arrangements....can anyone tell me about this place? Seems close and the price is right...thanks

hey, i stayed there last year and got a room there this year as well. it's $50 a night for 'two people' (hypothetically you could have more in there). the room's are pretty spacious. staff leaves ya alone. there's a bottle opener screwed into the bathroom sink (or at least my room last year had one). i heard it's $40 if you tell them your a perspective student visiting to check out UF...
