Is the Holiday Inn the cheapest place to stay around the venues? Or are there other places nearby (walking distance)?

There are really only 2 hotels near the venues, the Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn which is being built and is opening in September, but I imagine that will probably be around the same price ($150 a night or so).

The only other hotels in walking distance (anything is walking distance if you're willing to walk it) is the Days Inn and Comfort Inn, which I think someone said is like a 30 minute walk to the venues

Only because I can't make up mind, I looked at the Hampton Inn and it is about $400 for 3 nights. The Holiday Inn was $574 for 3 nights. So it is a bit cheaper..and a bit closer.
