do you know if the 2010 slingshots will be there near Fest? wayward was the only place (non internet) that i could find the big slingshot planner

I dunno if we'll have slingshots....at least once a month ordering more of them gets brought up at the meeting. Enough people have asked throughout the year that I think it's worth ordering more, but it all depends on how the slow-summer works out. So we'll have to wait and see, i'll let you know if/when we're getting more.

perhaps we should bring this up at the meeting this week? even though we have no money right now.

I accidentally stumbled upon Wayward last year on Thursday. We had just gotten into town and it was our first time there and so we wanted to walk around town a bit. We walked by this row of shops and kind of stopped and said to each other "Does that voice sound like Chris from Ghost Mice?". Sure enough it was. There were only about 20 people there. I found out after being there for a half hour that we were in Wayward Coucil. It was a great little show. Hope there is a good pre-show there this year.

I saw Modern Life Is War there once. That was a freakin' awesome show.

Wayward will most definitely have 2010 slingshot planners in by Fest time. Both big and pocket size. All colors. We usually place a big order right before the Fest.

Yes yes, you should all try and make it out. It is most unfortunate that Little John (or Johnny Skippysauce depending on the day of the week) will be missing out on this year's demonstration (I'm afraid he'll be far too intoxicated to make it up the hill... again), but I'm pretty sure he'll be hosting a workshop on the importance of myspace, answering the phone like Joey from Full House, and how your band should totally play at his place.. totally. It'll be wild.
