giveblood recommended them to me about a week before the Fest so i downloaded their album. what a record. They ended up being one of the best bands of the weekend for me. That album also ended up being one of my 5 favorite records of the year. Can't wait to see them again and hope the new album comes out soon. They do a badass cover of Dramarama.

Has anyone mentioned Sharkpants yet?

Cause that was the best show of last year for me.

How Dare You, though technically I had heard of them before through Punknews, as well as heard their album stream. But Fest was my first time seeing them/checking them out and now I'm in love.


Same goes for Deep Sleep.


This year I should really make a note to check out some new bands.

hotw was one of the bands I really wanted to see last year and I fucking missed em. definitely not gonna happen again this year.
