Honestly, and this is just my humble opinion: give yourself time to find a break to eat. If anything to realize all the awesome food Gainesville has to offer.

Last year I didn't go to any of the places mentioned. I ate Taco Bell, Waffle House, Chipotle, Gator Dawgs, A home cooked meal, and Gator Dawgs again. in that order during Fest Weekend.

I had Waffle House for the first time when I got to Gville for Fest 6. I was underwhelmed by the hash browns.

one time i ate at the ihop or wafflehouse on 13th. it was FUCKING DISGUSTING. this was 3 years ago, and i'm still fucking pissed about it.

we went on a friday goddamn night. like what the fuck, i work all week, then i eat this shit?

nah, fuck that, i make too much money to eat that shit. i yelled at my fucking girlfriend so furiously when we got home holy shit i'm sweating right now.

five star pizza and pbr whole weekend - didnt need anything else

for quality cheap shit, pbr truly is shit, but 5 star is awesome.

I'm normally neither a big fan of the american style beer and pizza, I'm just used to different stuff - but worked for me at the Fest

5 star is great but to prevent gout I reccomend a gyros and a reggae shack to everyone at Fest. I think pbr tastes like beer cordial.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again... in my opinion as a beer snob, PBR is easily the best beer you can possibly find for under $7 a six pack. And until Budweiser came out with their American Ale, it was the best beer under $8.

This past year i lived with a guy who was a total beer snob. while he did introduce me into all sorts of amazing craft beers, he was always a dick to anyone who would bring cheap beer into our room, until one night he got trashed and started working his way through my pbr. he drunkly confessed to loving pbr and how it was the best shitty beer ever.
